Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie

This chocolate chip mug cookie is rich, chocolaty, fluffy, and moist! Made without an egg, it's a personal dessert that will absolutely satisfy your sweet tooth! And it's ready in less than two minutes!

- 1 tbsp melted salted butter if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk I use almond milk, any milk will do
- 3 tbsp flour I use whole wheat flour but all-purpose will work too
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
Spray a ramekin, small bowl, or large mug with cooking spray. Melted butter in the ramekin. Then add the vanilla, sugar, and milk.
Next, mix the flour and baking powder together.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Then add a few on top. Heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
