- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1.5 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- dash of black pepper optional additions include; ground ginger, clove, or nutmeg. Just a dash.
Combine the milk, honey, vanilla, coconut oil, and spices in a small sauce pan.
Heat over medium heat, whisking all the ingredients, until well combined. Do not let it boil.
Pour into a mug and drink hot.
