Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • dash of black pepper optional additions include; ground ginger, clove, or nutmeg. Just a dash.

Instructions
 

  • Combine the milk, honey, vanilla, coconut oil, and spices in a small sauce pan.
  • Heat over medium heat, whisking all the ingredients, until well combined. Do not let it boil.
  • Pour into a mug and drink hot.
