- 1 glass baking dish
- 1 instant read cooking theometer
Ingredients
- 2 large organic chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute or any other dry herb blend
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 °F
- Add a light coating of olive oil to the bottom of the baking dish so your chicken breasts don't stick.
- Pour half the melted butter over the chicken and evenly season with each spice. Turn the chicken over and repeat. *Depending on the size of your chicken, add more butter and or spices if you feel it needs it
- Bake for 15-20 min, or until your chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Cooking time will ultimately depend on how large and thick your chicken is so I highly recommend a simple cooking thermometer. You'll know when it's done when the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165 °F
- When the chicken is cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes.
