About

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m a Mama, Wife, and, Entrepreneur! Welcome to my lifestyle + mom blog!

I launched NicoleAlexandraBlog.com to share my mix of interests ranging from Motherhood, Recipes, Wellness, and my newest role as Project Manager + Designer of our home renovation!

Now four weddings later (all to my husband), moving to a new country, four years into navigating motherhood, some profound self-discovery, a couple more moves, and a home reno under my belt—and I’m keeping it really REAL about what my life is like as a Mama, Wife, Woman, and Entrepreneur.

If you’re looking for someone to relate to, some practical advice (I’m no expert), or some easy recipes, you’ve come to the right place!

It’s been a wild ride thus far with some crazy curve balls, but I’m grateful today to have so much clarity on what I want and where I want to be. I’ve realized that sometimes the twists and turns on the road of life bring us down the road we need most.

I have come across many blogs that have helped me along in my journey in life. And as a creative girl who has always loved writing and helping others, it brings me so much happiness to share my own blog with the world and continue to connect with other people who are going through or have gone through similar journeys.

My hope is to help you feel less alone with the struggles of life by offering you real advice that has worked for me. I suggest simple wellness ideas and provide easy healthy recipes you can feel good about giving your family.

The coziest crockpot meal for the busy moms!!! 🥔🥕 The coziest crockpot meal for the busy moms!!! 🥔🥕

SAVE for later!! 🤎

I had my son’s parent-teacher conference yesterday evening during dinner time, and this was the perfect dinner to have waiting so I didn’t have to cook when I got home! 🙌🏼

Such an easy, set-it-and-forget-it dinner that feeds the whole family -with leftovers too!!

Recipe:

* 1 pot roast (chuck roast)
* 3 potatoes, chopped
* 1 bunch carrots, peeled and chopped
* 1 cup water
* 1 tsp seasoning salt
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 packet turkey gravy mix
* 1 cup frozen peas

How to make it:

1. Add the roast, water, and seasonings to your crockpot.
2. Add the carrots and potatoes.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, until the roast is tender.
4. Stir in the frozen peas during the last 5 minutes.

Tip: I would’ve added a chopped onion and left out the onion powder, but I forgot to grab one at the store! 😂 Use whichever you have on hand.

Add salt to taste.

The perfect cozy fall dinner with barely any hands-on time 🍂

A little reminder to myself to soak it all in 🤍 W A little reminder to myself to soak it all in 🤍

We spend so much time trying to make childhood magical for our kids, but we’re living these moments for the first time, too.

One day, they’ll be grown, and I know I’ll look back on these pumpkin patch visits, little walks, and ordinary afternoons with so much love.

They’re only little for so long🥹
