Obsessed is an understatement😍 I’ve made this for Obsessed is an understatement😍

I’ve made this for my afternoon snack almost every day for the past three weeks. It satisfies my sweet tooth, has about 12g of protein, actually keeps me full until dinner, and takes less than 2 minutes to make.

✨ Cookie Dough Protein Bowl ✨

• 1 tsp peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use @orgain Simple)
• 1 tbsp oat flour
• Pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)

Mix everything together, then fold in:

• 1 tbsp chocolate chips

That’s it. 🤎

Save this one for those afternoons when you want something sweet but still filling🍪

Perfect little balanced snack when you want someth Perfect little balanced snack when you want something sweet 🤍

CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BARS 🍌🍫
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Chocolate chips, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash bananas.
3. Add egg, melted butter, honey, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and chocolate chips until just combined.
5. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
6. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let cool slightly, slice into bars, and enjoy 🤍
