I love a recipe that doesn’t require dirtying a bunch of dishes and this is one of those recipes. This one-dish meal is a versatile staple that you will go to time and time again. It’s great when you don’t have a lot of time but want to get a healthy dinner on the table quickly. Within 5 min your chicken will be seasoned and ready to be placed in the oven.

Chicken that is tender and flavorful, this meal is a home run! Most people think if you cook chicken breast, it’s going to be dry and overcooked. I know that was the case for me for years which is why I shied away from cooking chicken breasts at all.

But I am here to share with you the absolute BEST chicken breast recipe that is tender and juicy every single time. It’s easy and delivers mouthwatering results! It’s definitely got that WOW factor and is a hit with guests.

This recipe doesn’t just work for chicken breasts, but for thighs as well and is great for protein meal prep for the week. Using kitchen staples you most likely keep on hand, this recipe comes together super quick! I have also added potatoes and hardy vegetables around the chicken in the baking dish and it becomes a whole meal that is so fast and satisfying!

  • Preheat oven to 450 °F
