This is my go-to appetizer, it’s quick and easy using only 4 ingredients and it’s always a hit! 🎉

Ingredients:
• canned artichokes
• mayo
• parmesan
• garlic powder

Meal Prep Single Serve 💥BUFFALO DIP💥

This is an easy high-protein lunch that I’ve been loving lately. It’s super simple and makes busy weekdays so much easier 🙌🏼

Here’s how to make it:👇🏼

• 3 cups cooked ground turkey breast
• 3/4 cups plain full fat greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp seasoning salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 1/2 tbsps buffalo sauce
• 1 stalk of celery chopped into small pieces
• one to 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion (optional)

Mix everything together and store in individual containers in the fridge. Pop an individual container in the microwave for about a minute or until warm. Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips or eat it plain.

I made this the other night for dinner and I forgo

I made this the other night for dinner and I forgot how easy and delicious it is! 👏🏼 I added some chicken and a little less pasta and it was still so tasty. 10/10 🙌🏼 and minimal cleanup!

Here’s how to make it👇🏽

Ingredients:
• 1 @boursincheese
• 10-12 oz container of cherry tomatoes
• 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
• 2 cups fresh baby spinach
• 1/3 cup fresh basil
• cooked pasta
• olive oil
• garlic powder
• s&p

Instructions:
1. Coat your oven safe dish with some olive oil then add the cheese block in the middle and the cherry tomatoes around it with garlic powder, and s&p.
2. Bake at 425 for 20-30 min until the cherry tomatoes have burst.
3. While that’s in the oven. Cook your pasta.
4. Remove from the oven and add your sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and basil. Stir to combine.
5. Then add the cooked pasta. Stir everything together and top with grated parmesan cheese.
