With the colder weather here, warm and comforting dishes are on our minds. This easy homemade chili is just that. Make it on the stovetop or in the crockpot and customize it to your liking. This easy chili recipe can be vegetarian, or you can add ground turkey like I do, or ground beef, either way, it’s a quick way to get dinner on the table. This meal is perfectly seasoned with beans and corn and full of protein and fiber that will satisfy your appetite.

If you’ve tried some of my other recipes, you know I love a one-pot meal and this is one of them! Less dishes and clean-up are always welcome on busy weeknights which is just another reason I love this simple chili recipe.

Fridays we head to our favorite bakery for coffee, pastries, and intentional time together.

They’re simple, but they’re the little moments we all look forward to each week—and I have a feeling these are the memories we’ll remember most.

Do you have any little summer traditions with your kids? ☀️

I used to think every chore had to be finished bef I used to think every chore had to be finished before I deserved a break.

The truth is, the to-do list never ends.

Taking time for a walk, a workout, or even just a coffee doesn’t make me a better mom because I’m “earning it.” It helps me show up calmer, more patient, and more present.

What’s one thing that helps you recharge? 🤍
