Fudgy Flourless Brownies Recipe
Equipment
- 1 8×8 pan or 1 pie pan
Ingredients
- 2 bananas mashed
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F
- Spray your pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas, then add the cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg. Mix well.
- Fold in your baking powder, cacao powder, and salt.
- Add in your chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan.
- Bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let cool. Slice, and enjoy!!
