I made these for my parents when they were visiting without telling them they were healthy or flourless and my stepmom couldn’t believe it. They’re seriously so good and will 100% satisfy your chocolate dessert craving!

Equipment

  • 1 8×8 pan or 1 pie pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F
  • Spray your pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mash the bananas, then add the cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg. Mix well.
  • Fold in your baking powder, cacao powder, and salt.
  • Add in your chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Let cool. Slice, and enjoy!!
